Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held on March 18, 2008 (Tuesday) in the Marlborough City Hall, 140 Main St.  3rd Floor, Memorial Hall, Marlborough, MA  at 7:00 P.M.  with a continuation hearing on March 25th at 7:00 P.M. and April 1st at 7:00 P.M. on the petition of the below named person seeking variances in the application of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Marlborough, as follows:

Henry Barr/Shalvis Realty, LLC

The applicant proposes to deviate 20 parking spaces from the minimum parking width requirement of  9’ x 18’ to  8’x 18’.  Also, to deviate from the minimum width required 24’ maneuvering aisle to 23’4”.   In accordance to Chapter 200, Section 48(C)(3) of the City Code Table of Parking Dimensions - Full Size Spaces.   The property is located in Zoning District Business,  Map 81, Parcel 103 of the Assessor’s Maps, known as 204-206 West Main St.
